How to fix skin analyzer problem

We devide skin analyzer problem into two parts.
The first part is hardware problem, means this skin analysis machine camera,
base, bottom, USB cable line or others accessories broken.
If it is without reaction to connect with computer should be USB cable line problem,
unstable detecting could be processor.
Can't catch picture should be camera problem. All those issue only send it back to supplier can fix it.
Another part is software problem.
Anti-virus may be crack the software or driver can not install.
Some other software sometimes conflit with skin analyzer software.
Just remove the software and close the anti-virus, install again it will work.
